The Professional #REVIEW @KresleyCole

BLURB
He makes the rules . . .
Mafiya enforcer Aleksandr "The Siberian" Sevastyan’s loyalty to his boss is unwavering, until he meets the boss’s long-lost daughter, a curvy, tantalizing redhead who haunts his mind and heats his blood like no other. Ordered to protect her, Sevastyan will do anything to possess her as well—on his own wicked terms.

Rules are made to be broken . . .
PhD student Natalie Porter had barely recovered from her first sight of the breathtakingly gorgeous Sevastyan before the professional hit man whisks her away to Russia, thrusting her into a world of extreme wealth and wanton pleasures. With every day she spends under his protection, she falls deeper under his masterful spell.

Are you ready to play?
Yet all is not as it seems. To remove Natalie from an enemy’s reach, Sevastyan spirits her into hiding. From an opulent palace in Russia to the decadent playgrounds of the mega-wealthy in Paris, the two lovers will discover that even their darkest—and most forbidden—fantasies can come true…

REVIEW

Released in three parts, it's simply easier to review as a set, especially when it will be released as a single volume in May. And if you love one, you'll love them all. It's completely reasonably priced to buy as three small novellas so you don't need to wait. Just be prepared to read one after the next - the story is that good, you'll want to immediately continue reading.

The Professional -without a doubt- has the most delicious, hottest, sensually erotic scenes I have read in my entire reading repertoire! The chemistry between Natalie and Sevastyan is molten. I listened to the first part on audiobook and I'm not ashamed to admit there were some tingling, panty-melting moments. I think I may have even blushed! Cole created the perfect couple combination in these characters, not only sexually but with their interactions. The dialog was flirty at times, humorous at times and completely hot at others. The connection they made throughout their interactions felt genuine and built on the suspense and romantic elements.

Secondary characters deserve a shout out because it wouldn't have been the same story without Natalie's BFF, Natalie's newly-found cousin, and most definitely without her father. Watching Natalie develop a relationship with her birth father after meeting him for the first time as an adult was nice. Readers know there's a darker side to the man but still the care he shows for his long-lost daughter is so warm.

Wrap all of these relationships up in this Russian Mafiya world of danger, intrigue, and war and this book is most compelling. Kresley Cole simply proved she can write anything she puts her mind to - which is super for her fans! Let's just pray there's more where this came from.
