REVIEW
The second book in Marinaro's series was better written than the first but the story just wasn't as intense. Much of the book was sidetracked into another couple's story. While some writers will foreshadow things to come for future couples in a series, the percentage of time given in the book to Glory's story was too much.That being said, still Claire and Reno's story was well told. Their journey to finding their HEA was obviously a difficult one but the obstacles they overcome and their perseverance demonstrated their love. Along with the secondary characters, the author is creating a family I want to read more about. I believe with each book, this new author is finding her voice... and she's definitely capturing my interest as a reader.
