Donna Grant's Midnight's Warrior, Dark Warriors #4, was fan-tastic. Fans of her series will love it. Fans of paranormal romance will love it. Those who read it as their first Donna Grant book will become fans.
While each of the characters from the series have been romantically delicious, I just adored the relationship that formed between Ramsey and Tara. It had so much to do with trust and a past filled with people who had done them wrong. That is something we've all dealt with before and so easy to relate to.
The mix of romance and action was balanced. The plot solidly moving along the series though I worried we might not see the end of Declan. The story moved along at a quick-pace. My only complaint is that I could guess what was coming so it didn't feel suspenseful with I prefer as a reader. But that might not have been the author's intent as she seemed to drop a lot of hints about the connection between Ramsey and Tara often.
So I've found a new auto-buy author. And I'm actively trying to convince my fellow Ndulgent Bloggers that we should take a ROAD TRIP to Nashville on March 30th! (see below)
