Crimson Frost By Jennifer Estep

I should have known that my first official date with Logan Quinn was destined to end in disaster. If we’d gotten into a swordfight, or been ambushed by Reapers, I’d have been more prepared. But getting arrested mid-sip at the local coffee hangout? I didn’t see that one coming.
I’ve been accused of purposely helping the Reapers free Loki from his prison—and the person leading the charge against me is Linus Quinn, Logan’s dad. The worst part is that pretty much everyone at Mythos Academy thinks I’m guilty. If I’m going to get out of this mess alive, I’ll have to do it myself…
I have so much to say that I need to slow down and think to get it all out. First of all I read this book all in one day. I read off and on thru the day and then stayed up till 2:30 am to finish it. That's how excited I am about this book/series. I love how new exciting stuff happens in each book. Nothing is drug out from book to book and it's full of surprises. There are also a few characters that I can't get a read on. They are on the good side but I can't get out of my mind that they may be possible traders. That right there keeps me reading. I was completely shocked that Gwen was arrested and tried for assisting in setting Loki free. Again this happened right up front another reason that I couldn't put the book down. Basically there was all kinds of stuff going on that kept this book in my hand all day. There's a surprise who done it and heart breaking good bye for now........
I give this book 5 chocolate dipped strawberries and an on call clean up crew for Nickamedes. Poor librarian has had his library trashed again.
PEACE
