Finally Finished Friday!

Finally the last week of school for my kids. No more homework and lunch packing for a bit. I try not to complain about school because I don't want to set a bad example. Speaking of setting a bad example... I started this series and I''m bound and determined to see it thru.

Hidden by P.C. Cast & Kristin Cast

At last, Zoey has what she wanted: the truth is out. Neferet's evil has been exposed, and the High Council is no longer on her side -- but she's far from done wreaking havoc in the vampyre world. First, a mysterious fire ravages the stables. Then, Neferet makes a devastating move that will test them all.
With the seeds of distrust sown and Darkness breeding chaos at the House of Night, everyone must band together -- but that's proving to be more difficult than ever before. The twins are barely speaking and the House of Night's former enemy, Kalona, has now become their warrior, pushing their trust to the limit. To top it off, Zoey is pretty darn sure she might be losing her mind. She saw something when she looked at Aurox through the Seer Stone that she can hardly explain to herself, let alone her friends. Is it possible that Heath has come back in a different form? Is that why Zoey's so intrigued by Aurox, when it's so obvious that he's dangerous? And who would believe her if she told them? Zoey knows that following her instinct about Aurox might be just what they need to defeat evil . . . but if she's wrong, it could cause the destruction of those closest to her.
With the tension at a breaking point and friendships on the line, can the nerd herd come together to stop the spread of Darkness before it's too late?

I'm all caught up on this series and I think we're on what book 10ish?? Not sure how much more there is to tell. But I did find some good stuff to share. I enjoy that all characters and was glad to meet Shaylin and her True Sight. As always I think Aphrodite is the bomb! I love Damien and how he called his sleep time his beauty rejuvenation period. I'm totally on board with that. And I have to say that I'm with Aphrodite what does" sure as sugar mean" Stevie Rae? Then there's Shaylin... I love her take on Erik...he's like beautiful piece of pottery you'd like to toss a salad in but you flip it over and the bowl says WARNING  DO NOT USE TO SERVE FOOD. Not to mention he confused the words misogynist and gynecologist LOL. It could happen to anyone. I also miss the twins being together. It's a good message that people drift apart and sometimes that a good thing. Also a shout out to Kramisha and her super neon fashions and her purple folder of doom.

I give this book 3 chocolate dipped strawberries and some brown pop.
Merry meet, merry part, merry meet again.
PEACE
