Taryn Kincaid puts a sultry, sexy twist to the Washington Irving tales we grew up with. Be warned: This is not the tale your parents read to you; it is much hotter! Ms. Kincaid has taken two stories that most of us grew up hearing and turned it into an erotic short story that stands on its own. She has taken aspects from The Headless Horseman and Rip Van Winkle and put a completely different twist to them.
Katy lives in Sleepy Hollow, and every night, her dream man comes to her and gives her the most amazing sex of her life, and then she wakes up. Ryck Van Winkle has been cursed by a Succubus to enter women's dreams and satisfy their fantasies while never finding release himself, until he enters Katy's dreams. Ryck thinks Katy is the one person that can release him from his curse and help him defeat the Succubus before she takes over the town of Sleepy Hollow.
The writing is descriptive and the story line moves quickly. The main character's relationship burns up the pages and you can't help but root for them. I enjoyed this book and would visit the world of Sleepy Hollow that Ms. Kincaid created again, if she should ever venture back there.
