Smoldering EMBERS! @NetGalley #REVIEW #MMRomance @Kate_Sherwood

Embers (Common Law Series, Book 2) by Kate Sherwood continues the story of Jericho as he returns home and re-enters a world he never planned to be a part of again. The series is progressing slowly, particularly his relationship with Wade, so patience is required for us romance fans who are used to immediate gratification. The embers are smoldering now though. That heat is picking up and I'm hooked on these men.

Small town—big problems. Jericho Crewe is back in Mosely, Montana, trying to deal with police corruption, interfering feds, his newly discovered family members, and, of course, Wade Granger.

He doesn’t really need a biker war on top of it all, but as the bodies start to pile up, it becomes pretty clear that’s what he’s got. Not only that, but Wade’s involved somehow, and as soon as Wade is a part of something, things that seemed clear become cloudy.

With the feds breathing down his neck, Jericho has to find his way through Wade’s maze of half truths and manipulations. It would all be so much easier if Jericho could think straight in the other man’s presence. So much easier if their passionate past could be forgotten, and if he could be sure he’s strong enough to resist the temptation of a passionate present.

REVIEW

Opening each book in the Thunder Road series has been like opening a gift. The unforgettable characters and the message woven into the stories will stay with me for a long while. It's the best combination of MC Romance and Young Adult Angst.

I had been eagerly awaiting Violet's story since she first made an appearance in book one. I knew she'd have a powerful backstory but I was blown away by Chevy. I'd written him off as a simple jock whose only goal was to join the MC. Boy, was I wrong! His backstory was intricate and exposed him for the multi-dimensional person he truly was. These characters will stay with me for a long while.

The use of the Robert Frost poem, and it's connection to the characters, was well executed and added unexpected depth to the book. Don't underestimate this series -and particularly this book- because it has so much packed into its pages. And with a string to the overall story arc still out there, I just know there's more to come.

Absolutely adored this book. It's a MUST READ!

#MCRomance #REVIEW @NetGalley DEVIL'S MARK @MeganCrane

Devil's Mark (The Devil's Keepers, book 2)
by Megan Crane
Random House Publishing Group - Loveswept

The bestselling author of Devil’s Honor returns with a deliciously sinful novel about a good girl who goes bad—and the notorious Louisiana biker who can’t resist the lure of forbidden fruit.
Holly Chambless is tired of being the squeaky clean daughter of Lagrange’s holier-than-thou mayor. When her father is charged with corruption, she realizes that her whole life’s been a lie. Now’s her chance to do all the things she never dared, like scoring a job at a bar where reputations go to die, or reconnecting with the biker who sparked a secret hunger in her all those years ago. Holly isn’t a wide-eyed girl anymore—and this time she wants a taste of what has always been denied.

Killian “Uptown” Chenier has no time for stuck-up princesses. He likes fast bikes and wild sex. Sure, he remembers Holly. He sent her running with a wicked smile and a lesson about prying eyes. And sure, she’s grown up smoking-hot, with a body he’d like to personally desecrate. But Devil’s Keepers business is real and intense. Her daddy stole from the club, leaving his pretty blonde daughter a walking target. And when Uptown takes aim at what he wants, he never misses.

REVIEW
Dirty, sexy and as hot as the Louisiana bayou, Devil's Mark is all about two lovers from the opposite sides of the track. Yet they couldn't be more perfect for one another. Aware of each other since childhood -with a eye opening encounter in high school- when they finally connect, it's electric. There's a whole lot going on as the plot arc thickens but the focus remained mostly on the HEA which is exactly the way I like it.

Megan Crane hit her mark with a second peak into her MC world. Looking forward to more!

Series #Review @NetGalley: CARTEL @LiliStGermain1

Book One: CARTEL
How much is a life worth?
I grew up in Columbia, the daughter of a wealthy drug lord. I lived a life of extravagance, until one day a drug run went horribly wrong and everything came crashing down around me.
I was given away. A payment for a debt. The Gypsy Brothers motorcycle club became my owners, and I did everything I could to survive.
But falling in love with the man who owned me wasn't part of the plan ...

Book Two: KINGPIN
They say love conquers all. It's a lie.
Five days a week, I dressed in smart business clothes. I painted my face, and went to work as an accountant. But nothing about my life was normal.
For eight years I had been the property of the Gypsy Brothers Motorcycle Club. I laundered their money so well they'd never let me leave. My only glimmer of light was the man I loved. The man who had saved me.
Dornan. His love had been the only thing that kept the demons at bay. But he'd become so immersed in the cartel's brutal business that I hardly knew him anymore. Dornan had been my salvation, but he was also my undoing.
Would he pull me down into the darkness until he destroyed me? Could I save him? Did I even want to?

Book Three: EMPIRE
People aren't born monsters.
They're made that way.
They're created, fuelled by one singular moment in time when their universe shatters.
I'd been with Dornan Ross for the better part of a decade. Slept in his bed, sewn up his wounds, tasted his blood, seen inside his soul.
But even I wasn't prepared for what he did.
I should have known it would always come down to this, from the very moment I laid eyes on him in that motel.
I should have known his salvation was too good to be true.
Because it's all gone now, the impossible love I had for him bleeding away in the darkness that came afterward.
Now there's only hate.
Now I just want to escape.
Even if it means I have to kill him to be free.

Before the Gypsy Brothers series there was the Cartel - from USA Today bestselling author Lili St Germain.

SERIES REVIEW
Intense, provocative, shocking and completely addictive, the Gypsy Brothers and the cartel they serve are frighteningly seductive. When I began reading book one, I was terribly sad for this young girl but little did I know just how connected I would feel to her by the end of book three. Without a promise of a happy ending, the dark and bloody series -dare I say romance - is impossible to break away from. I simply couldn't read fast enough. And I hope by the epilogue that there will be more to come in this world.

#REVIEW: Devil's Honor @MeganCrane #MCRomance @NetGalley

Devil's Honor is a sensual reading experience. The author weaves her story in such a way that its so much more than reading. You are immersed into her world. You feel the bayou heat, the desire and the squelching fear. Her characters are gritty natives of the MC world. If you enjoy the darker edge of MC romances, this book is for you. Enjoy!

BLURB
In the start of a sizzling new series, bestselling author Megan Crane takes readers deep into bayou country, where the sultry swamp has nothing on the heat of Louisiana's fiercest bikers: the Devil's Keepers.

Merritt Broussard grew up knowing she had two choices if she stayed in Lagrange: run with the outlaws or get left in their dust. So she got the hell out, leaving behind a bad-boy biker and scorching memories of their summer fling. Now Merritt's back, with trouble on her tail, and the sergeant-at-arms of the Devil's Keepers is the one person she can still trust. But Greeley isn't the boy she remembers. He's harder now, more dangerous—and even more alluring.

Joseph “Greeley” Shaw loves two things: his bike and his club. At eighteen, he escaped a rough life, found the Devil's Keepers on the wrong side of a bad weekend, and never looked back. Greeley swore to live and die by their code: Devil's Keepers first, Devil's Keepers forever. No one comes between him and his brothers—except for the tantalizing woman who touched his soul. Greeley's the kind of man who honors his commitments . . . and Merritt is one promise he's determined to keep.

A #Review of REBELLIOUS @GillianArcher #MCRomance @NetGalley

Rebellious (True Brothers MC #2) by Gillian Archer

Every rebel needs a cause—and a woman to believe in.

The black-leather-clad biker who just roared up on his Harley doesn’t resemble any single father Emily Clark has ever known. But as she watches “Reb” bonding with his son, Emily realizes there’s a lot more to this bad boy than his alpha-male attitude or his sinful good looks. And when Reb takes an interest in her, there’s no way she can resist his surprisingly tender touch. The one thing Emily won’t give up is her hard-won independence.

As president of the True Brothers MC, Reb owes a sacred debt of loyalty to the club, but his first priority is making sure that his son grows up right. Pursuing an unexpected affair with Emily is a close second. Then a violent stalker threatens her life, and this unconventional guardian angel really turns up the heat. Nobody messes with Reb, or anyone under his protection. Trouble is, how’s he supposed to defend Emily when she insists on going it alone? He’s willing to put his life on the line for her. Now, maybe, he needs to open his heart.

REVIEW
A sexy, fast-paced romance with unconventional characters and an unlikely coupling. The continuous action kept me flipping pages to find out if Reb could find the love he needed. Rebellious did not disappoint - this is a solid MC romance.

A #Review of RUTHLESS @GillianArcher #MCRomance

Ruthless (True Brothers MC #1) by Gillian Archer

Every girl needs a guardian angel—even if he wears black leather. In the first novel of her scintillating True Brothers MC series, Gillian Archer introduces readers to a sexy-as-sin biker . . . and the woman wild enough to tame him.

After dinner with the most arrogant man in the world, Jessica Miller is shocked when her blind date tries to maul her in the parking lot. Enter “Zag”: the brooding, bruising alpha male who jumps off his motorcycle and teaches the jerk a lesson he won’t forget. After getting one taste of a bad boy who lives on the edge, Jessica’s hooked. Zag’s willing to give her the ride of her life. But she needs to wrap her arms around his powerful chest and hold on—tight.

Zag knows firsthand that the True Brothers MC isn’t for the faint of heart. He only intends to show beautiful, innocent Jessica a few cheap thrills to satisfy her curiosity. But the more he lets her in, the more Zag comes to depend on her gentle touch to help heal the wounds that he’s been denying for so long. Now, a rival gang has set its sights on Jessica, and Zag must step up once again. He just hopes he can go the distance to protect the woman he loves.

REVIEW
A quick read that grabs you from the very beginning, Ruthless is a good start to a new MC romance series. It's just the right amount gritty and sexy with a mismatched couple, the most unlikely of love blooms right on the pages and charms readers.

An Ultimate Indulgence... Blow Softly @DebraKayn New Release! BOOK #REVIEW

Blow Softly (Red Light: Silver Girls #1) by Debra Kayn starts a new series that still engages characters from the MoRoad series. I was so excited when I realized this because I wanted more from those MC men. Once again, Kayn does not disappoint - she remains true to her realistic story-telling by presenting her characters in a setting fitting to their lifestyle. I feel as if I've met them once I read one of her books and Madison, the MC of Blow Softly, is no different. Then combining her sweetness with Bear (who I've wondered about since he was first introduced several books ago) is as gentle with her as I'd imagined. Their love story made my toes curl.

This is an absolute MUST READ if you enjoy MC romances.

BLOW SOFTLY
Book 1, Red Light: Silver Girls series
Release Date: March 31, 2016

She can hear, but can't talk.

The moment a customer steps into the Blue Room at Red Light, sex is the only thing on Madison's mind. Men prefer a meek, obedient, silent woman to entertain them for money. Her muteness makes her the most popular prostitute at the illegal bordello in Federal, Idaho. But at the end of her work day, Madison's curiosity to know more about the man who spends his time keeping her company in the darkness outside the Blue Room consumes her until desire overcomes necessity.

At the right place. At the right time.

Bear has nothing to offer any woman. A felon and a member of Moroad Motorcycle Club, he takes what is at his disposal—women, cash, parties—and never thinks about tomorrow. Until he witnesses Madison's smile and suddenly tomorrow matters. Determined to show Madison what she does for a living doesn't define her, he refuses to walk away.

#REVIEW: Chasing Down Changes @DebraKayn *MoRoad MC Series*

I totally dragged my heels before reading this. Knowing it was the last in the series made me sad and I was irrationally angry at the author for what she did to this main character in the last book. I adore Jeremy and had such high hopes - I mean, seriously, its a romance series... except it was more a fictional series with romance because this author, Debra Kayn kept it real and I both hated her and respected her. Now having read Chasing Down Changes (Moroad Motorcycle Club #6), I'm okay. It was the perfect story for Jeremy. Debra delivered a story so complete, I'm her fan for life.
He is his father’s son.

After fifteen years in the Idaho State Penitentiary, Jeremy Aldridge walks out of prison with the knowledge and skills that made his dad a legend in the gang wars within the system and the driving force behind Moroad Motorcycle Club. Outside of the Cyclone fence, Jeremy reaches for the familiar…Lola, the lifers, his Harley.
But, the one woman he owns and expected to find waiting for him has pulled away from Moroad. He discovers Tiff running the biggest illegal business Federal has ever seen, and her time is up. She belongs to him, and he’ll risk everything to keep her.
Stop loving him.
Tiff’s mantra since losing Jeremy falls to the wayside when he walks into Silver Girls and claims she still belongs to him. At one time, Jeremy was her whole world despite her tendencies to test him at every turn with petty fights, temper tantrums, and jealousy.
The man who returned from prison no longer plays games. Bigger, stronger, smarter, scarier, Jeremy’s presence threatens her business, resurrects old insecurities, and has the ability to destroy her.
The author says "This is the final book in the series and can be read as a standalone" but don't listen to her! You will cheat yourself out of something fantastic if you don't read the full series. Start with book one and go all the way, baby.

Strip You Bare @NetGalley #Review Deacons of Bourbon Street @MaiseyYates

Strip You Bare (Deacons of Bourbon Street #4) by Maisey Yates

Sparks fly when a society belle and a biker with a troubled past get down and dirty in the Big Easy.

Micah Carpenter hates New Orleans. Hell, after ten years he no longer has much affection for the Deacons of Bourbon Street motorcycle club, either. But when the brotherhood calls, Micah answers. Joining the hunt for their mentor’s killer, he crosses paths with a Southern belle who exudes class—and sex appeal. Micah knows better than to mess with ice princesses: No matter how hot things get, they never melt. And yet he can’t stop himself from offering her a taste of the wrong side of the tracks.

Sarah Delacroix understands that reputation is everything. The daughter of a prominent family rocked by scandal, she’s desperate to restore their good name. Micah’s exactly the kind of man she should be avoiding. Behind his sleek and sophisticated exterior beats the heart of a predator—and she knows it. But, like the tattoos beneath his tailored suit, his rough edges are irresistible. And all too soon Sarah finds him getting under her skin . . . and living out every one of her hottest fantasies.

REVIEW:
Maisey Yates turns up the heat in the sizzling finale of a series co-written with Megan Crane, Rachael Johns, and Jackie Ashenden. This is the hottest book yet. The couple together ignite the pages. And then individually, the depth of their personalities was explored more so than the other characters in past books which might explain my closer attachment to them. I didn't see the ending coming but I was satisfied with it - not too neatly wrapped up but the right future for the Deacons.

Hold Me Down @NetGalley #REVIEW Deacons of Bourbon Street @JackieAshenden

Hold Me Down (Deacons of Bourbon Street #3) by Jackie Ashenden
When the biker who broke her heart rides into town, a woman must choose between passion and duty.

Leonidas “Blue” Delacroix might be the prodigal son of New Orleans aristocrats, but the Deacons of Bourbon Street are his real family. And with their patriarch murdered, Blue wants nothing more than to unleash hell on the motorcycle club’s enemies—even if it means taking up arms against the girl who used to be his best friend. She’s done quite a bit of growing up, and suddenly their chemistry is red-hot. But where’s the line between ruthless seduction and sweet temptation?

For Alice Day, loyalty is everything. When Blue skipped town, she had no choice but to adopt a new family: their rivals, the Graveyard Ministry. Seeing him again reawakens old feelings . . . and fiery fantasies. Alice could never forget the scent of leather on his skin—just as she could never forgive the sting of his betrayal. But while the Ministry has treated her like one of their own, Blue is part of her soul. And as their liaisons hit the boiling point, Alice trusts her heart with the deadliest choice of her life.

REVIEW
Jackie Ashenden ups the ante in a seductive series co-written with Megan Crane, Rachael Johns, and Maisey Yates. The series picks up the tempo as the returning members of Deacons return for revenge. Love the twists and turns - still don't know how this is going to end. The suspense is driving the plot but the sex is steaming up my e-reader!

It's AMAZING! #Spanking #PNR Book #Review: ALPHA @NatashaKnight13

Alpha is Amazing! So freaking hot and equally sweet in certain moments, the tension boils off the pages. The chemistry between Zane and Aria is undeniable. The story line is just so tight, every scene mattered and played into the next. I couldn't put it down because I needed to know the truth behind their pasts. And in the end, it unraveled without being overdone or too simple. It is simply perfect.

I hope this will be the beginning of a series. I want to know about Fly, and this has so much potential to be a top shifter series.

Each time I read a book by Natasha Knight, its better than the one before which I already thought was great. She's definitely honing her craft.

BLURB
Zane
Six years ago, I did something I shouldn’t have done. I took something that didn’t belong to me. It had felt good, so damn good. It was a night I’d never forget. One that would ruin her for other men.

But there’s always a price to pay when you break the rules. I just didn’t realize she’d be the one to pay it. I didn’t know that my weakness would destroy her life, take away everyone she loved.

I was son of Alpha. A hunter. I was a cocky SOB. I’d been sent to find Aria Hale and her family. They’d said it was to bring them home. But that was a lie.

That night six years ago was when I learned what betrayal was. When those I trusted destroyed what I’d come to love.

I ran that night, leaving everything behind, leaving her behind. But when your Alpha’s son, when you have his blood in your veins, no matter how fast or how far you run, you’re never really out. I was a fool to ever think I was.

I never expected to see Aria again, but here she was, six years later, standing on my doorstep, looking for answers, trying to understand something that couldn’t be understood.

She had every right to know the truth about the night her family was murdered, but I couldn’t give it to her. She didn’t belong in our world, we were monsters. And as powerful as the urge to claim her was, she couldn’t belong to me. I’d do whatever it took to keep her from ever finding out what I really was, what really happened that night, because if she did, she’d hate me.

I could live with blood on my hands. I could exist without her if it meant keeping her safe. I just couldn’t live knowing she hated me.

Aria
I guess he thought I’d leave the past alone. Forget it and walk away, like he had. Like it meant nothing. Like I meant nothing.

Six years had passed since the night my life changed forever. The night I lost everything. It was supposed to be the happiest of my life, but it had turned into a nightmare that ripped everything and everyone I loved from me, leaving me alone and lost, stumbling in the dark for answers.

Zane Von knew more about that night than he let on. He was the key to understanding what had happened when my family was killed. To learning why they died and I didn’t. Whether he liked it or not, our lives were bound together irrevocably and if he thought I’d turn my back on the past, well, then he didn’t know me as well as he thought.

Note: Alpha is a standalone paranormal (shapeshifter) romance. The story is dark and gritty with strong language and dirty, kinky sex. No cliffhanger.

#AudioBook #Review: SURVIVING ICE @KathleenATucker by KA Tucker

Surviving Ice (Burying Water #4) by K.A. Tucker has just as many plot twists as all the other books in the series. Seriously, how does the author come up with these things? What I like most about this entire series is that by the end, a reader is actually impressed the couple truly made it through their obstacles and found an HEA. I couldn't stop listening (I did the audiobook version) because the action didn't let up until the very end. Though Ivy was a unique character, her weakness for love was no different from any other. It was sweet to see her finally fall after meeting her as a secondary character in the other books.

The USA TODAY bestselling author of the Ten Tiny Breaths series and Burying Water—which Kirkus Reviews called “a sexy, romantic, gangster-tinged page-turner”—returns with a new novel packed with romance, plot twists, and psychological suspense.

Ivy, a talented tattoo artist who spent the early part of her twenties on the move, is finally looking for a place to call home. She thinks she might have found it in San Francisco, but all that changes when she witnesses a terrible crime. She’s ready to pack up her things yet again, when a random encounter with a stranger keeps her in the city, giving her reason to stay after all.

That is, until Ivy discovers that their encounter wasn’t random. Not at all…

I felt like a Voyeur listening to ROPED #Audiobook @SJDPeterson #Review @Dreamspinners

SJD Peterson changed things up with her newest addition to the Guards of Folsom series. Roped (Guards of Folsom #4) takes us far away from NYC to trace the beginnings of a very different -but no less special- relationship. The author proved that there can be no stereotype to the men in LGBT romance. This book gave me shivers because it was the ultimate of guilty indulgences. Written so well and narrated so deliciously, I nearly felt like a voyeur!

Life has been known by a series of constants: Violence, anger, drugs, sex, death, heartbreak, pain, fear and the most common, hunger; Always hunger. Not the kind that can be satisfied with food, but the kind born of circumstance. The kind that not only claws within a gut, but settles into a heart, consumes a mind. Deeper—Encircles, penetrates the soul. Hunger for something more, something better, safer. Always just out of grasp—Craving—Starved.
It’s part of me.
Who I am.
Born of blood and violence, hunger is my fate.
Yet, the slightest things can change the directions of a life. An unplanned circumstance, random act—a connection—a chance event, like a lightning strike, fate is trumped.
Jamie is my lightning strike.

Tek Cain was cultivated from birth to lead the motorcycle gang, Crimson Eight. Jamie Ryan, his best friend, is destined to be his second. But forbidden desires have them questioning everything they know, and an undeniable bond makes them want more than their supposed brotherhood can provide. Their love could get them killed, but they are bound to each other—from the cradle to the grave.

A @NetGalley #Review of FIRE ME UP @RachaelJohns

Fire Me Up (Deacons of Bourbon Street #2) by Rachael Johns is scorching hot. The second book in the series that is being written by multiple authors follows the story line of book one with the mystery surrounding the MC President's death in New Orleans. While not as well written as book one, this book does give readers more of the same sexy deliciousness. It also lets us discover the city from the characters' points of view. Solid series.

Can a scorching affair with a bohemian beauty tame a motorcycle man with a dark side? Rachael Johns takes the wheel in the sexy series co-written with Megan Crane, Jackie Ashenden, and Maisey Yates.

Travis “Cash” Sinclair values only two things from his days with the Deacons of Bourbon Street: his prized Harley Davidson and the man who gave it to him. But now Priest Lombard is gone, and Cash has inherited the Deacons’ clubhouse—not to mentions its unexpected tenant. She’s exactly the type of woman he tries to avoid: all incense and art, with a sharp tongue that promises trouble. So why does Cash want to push aside those flowing skirts and lose himself between her legs?

Billie Taylor fled a bad marriage to start a new life among the grit and glamour of the French Quarter. She refuses to let another man distract her from her dreams, especially an outlaw biker with nothing to offer except hot sex and an eviction notice. Cash is dangerous, with an untamed streak he tries desperately to conceal. He drives Billie wild, sending her too close to the edge for her own good. And she won’t fall under his spell—or into his bed—without a fight.

Something is Burning! NEW RELEASE #REVIEW Make You Burn @MeganCrane

Something is burning! Oh wait... It's this Book...
Make You Burn (Deacons of Bourbon Street #1) by Megan Crane is Smoking Hot! With Jax and the other Deacons, the chemistry between Jax and Sophie and the mystery that surrounds the club, this book is explosive. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Meet the Deacons of Bourbon Street, bad boy bikers who are hell on wheels—and heaven between the sheets. Megan Crane revs up an irresistible new series co-written with Rachael Johns, Jackie Ashenden, and Maisey Yates.

Sean “Ajax” Harding’s oaths are inked into his skin. Once second-in-command of the Deacons of Bourbon Street motorcycle club, he left New Orleans to protect the brotherhood, and only the death of his beloved mentor, Priest Lombard, could lure him back. Walking into the old hangout gives him a familiar thrill—especially when he gets an eyeful of the bar’s delectable new owner. A wild ride with her is just the welcome Ajax needs. Then he realizes that she’s Priest’s daughter, all grown up and totally off limits.

Sophie Lombard loved her father, not his lifestyle. She’s done with bikers . . . until Ajax roars into town—arrogant, tough, and sexy as ever. And although he treats her like the Catholic schoolgirl he once knew, Sophie’s daydreams tend to revolve around sin. With the very real possibility of heartbreak looming, Sophie knows better than to get too close to an outlaw. But every touch from Ajax is steamier than the Louisiana bayou—and heat like this may just be worth getting burned.

It's a NEW RELEASE #REVIEW! Ruin & Rule @PepperWinters

Ruin & Rule (Pure Corruption MC #1) by Pepper Winters will ruin all your assumptions about people's motives while ruling your belief in the possibility of an HEA.

"We met in a nightmare. The in-between world where time had no power over reason. We fell in love. We fell hard. But then we woke up. And it was over . . ."

RUIN & RULE

She is a woman divided. Her past, present, and future are as twisted as the lies she's lived for the past eight years. Desperate to get the truth, she must turn to the one man who may also be her greatest enemy . . .

He is the president of Pure Corruption MC. A heartless biker and retribution-deliverer. He accepts no rules, obeys no one, and lives only to reap revenge on those who wronged him. And now he has stolen her, body and soul.

Can a woman plagued by mystery fall in love with the man who refuses to face the truth? And can a man drenched in darkness forgo his quest for vengeance-and finally find redemption?

Wild Angels #REVIEW of @Evernight #Anthology @RosalieStanton @Lily_Harlem @HelenaMaeve

Wild Angels Anthology

by Lily Harlem, Helena Maeve, Rosalie Stanton

Burning Rubber by Lily Harlem
When trouble rides into town, what girl can resist the ultimate bad boy?
Handling men isn’t an issue for me. I’m not a girly girl and my best friends are the machines I spend my days fixing, tweaking and servicing. So when the Wild Angels roll onto my forecourt and need my help, I’m happy to be of assistance.
But I’ve always been a magnet for trouble and when the leader of the pack, Gid, questions my ability, I can’t help the sassy backchat. Seems it doesn’t bother him too much and before I know it I’m climbing onto his beast and hanging on for the ride.
Bad ass guys like him don’t come without baggage, though, and it seems he wants to get rid of mine. Who am I to complain when it means revenge is hot, his body is hotter and we leave a trail of burning rubber as we head into the sunset? Biker girl, me? I guess it’s in the blood.
Reader Advisory: This book contains a scene involving mild breath play.

Witness by Rosalie Stanton
She’s the only thing good about his former life, and he’s been asked to end hers.
Serenity Jones never expected her homecoming to be heralded with a double-murder, or that she’d be the lone witness. Yet when she points the finger at the president of the Lucifer’s Legion Motorcycle Club, she finds herself the target of more than just an investigation—she’s a liability, one Lucifer’s Legion is determined to erase.
Dash Denyar owes everything to Lucifer’s Legion. A decade prior, he set himself on a path of self-destruction, and would have crashed and burned were it not for the motorcycle club. His loyalty was bought and paid for—he just never expected the price of loyalty to include ending the life of Serenity Jones, the only woman he ever loved.
Serenity has dreamed of her reunion with Dash ever since she left her hometown behind. Never did she imagine it would be on the other side of a blindfold, or with her life in the balance. As she tries to work out what happened to her childhood friend, she finds herself battling more than just survivor’s instinct. Ten years of unspoken feelings, regrets, and what-ifs threaten to break her, if Dash doesn’t do it first.
Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of kidnap, murder, references to drug use and suicide.

Grounds for Divorce by Helena Maeve
Overworked and jaded, Kayla is convinced she’s had her fill of bad boys when her boyfriend’s debts catapult her into a stranger’s arms.
A woman with a reputation, Kayla has long given up on true love. She’s thirty-three going on ninety-four, mother of one with a boyfriend who makes no secret of settling for her. When she’s not doing the books at the local strip club, she’s warming up the stage. Holding off the loan sharks is par for the course, until the night outlaw biker, Booker O’Connor, rolls into town.
Suddenly the bills come due and, in an act of desperation, Kayla’s boyfriend offers her up as payment for his debts to the motorcycle club. But their new leader has a reputation of his own.
Booker’s the real deal, from prison ink to bullet scars. No matter how sexy he may be or how much she’s growing to hate her boyfriend, Kayla has been with enough bad boys to know that she should fear callused hands and dangerous smiles. Striking out on her own seems like Kayla’s best option, but the Hell Hounds aren’t known for backing down quietly. She doesn’t expect Booker to give chase, much less discover that she doesn’t mind being caught by a man who can finally give her what she wants.
Reader Advisory: This book contains references to prostitution and sexual coercion.

REVIEW
Looking for little nibbles of erotic goodness? Read this anthology. Any book lover who indulges in MC romance will enjoy this anthology. Each story stands alone on its own merit, bringing another short romance to the full book. This is also good for someone wanting to try MC romance because each story has a different take on the lifestyle, like a sampler box of chocolates. Yum.
