Santa Baby, Heidi Cullinan
Minnesota Christmas #4
Trimming the tree is more fun with three.

Twin Cities developer Dale Davidson has come to Logan, Minnesota, to turn it into Christmas Town, not to give in to Arthur Anderson’s offer to join him and his fiancé, Gabriel Higgins, for a Christmas Eve threesome. Dale is polyamorous, but it’s clear Arthur is offering a night of fun and nothing more. Maybe one night with the couple he admires so much won’t hurt…

Together the three of them light a fire hot enough to boil Lake Superior in January, and one night of fun becomes an extended engagement as Dale puts down some tentative roots in his new hometown. Everyone loves Dale, Logan’s own Santa Claus, and somehow no one knows what wild times are happening right underneath their noses. No one knows, either, the complicated ways they’re falling in love with one another.

But a shadow from Dale’s past emerges, an abuser threatening him with violence and shame. Ronny doesn’t want a happy ever after for Dale, only to draw him back into a consuming darkness. It will take the love of not only Gabriel and Arthur but all of Logan to convince their Santa he has nothing to be ashamed of—and that he will always have a home in their hearts.

REVIEW:
I'm back in my Christmas story happy place, Logan Minnesota. This is the third year that I have read and reviewed one of these books for Hunky Days and I look forward to it each time. I do have to say, that this book wasn't as easy for me to get into. I think if it had been all new characters exploring and adjusting to polyamory it would have been easier, but the fact that is was a couple from an earlier book, made it more difficult for me.

I will be the first to admit that I don't know a lot about this spot on the rainbow and I thought the author did a great job of delving into the mindset. I walked away feeling like I knew a bit more. I liked that the author brought us another look at love and that not all relationships are the same.  This book also dealt with some really dark situations, so it's not all ribbons and bows.

This book is well written and the emotions are strong and very real.

Going Deep by @Silvia_Violet #REVIEW #ULTIMATEINDULGENCE #INTERVIEW

Going Deep, Silvia Violet
Fitting In #4
Gray, Jack, and Mason are back. Their threeway relationship keeps growing stronger, and Gray 's feelings for his partners run deeper than he ever thought possible. While he’s learned to be romantic at home, at work, he’s still a big tough cop that nobody wants to cross. So, when the murders of several young prostitutes falls to him to solve, and he has no suspects and no motive, his confidence takes a hit. Every dead end, every day that goes by, adds to the urgency he feels to find the murderer.

Gray desperately needs a break, with the case and for himself. He excels at taking care of both his men, in bed and out, but when it comes to accepting comfort in return, he shuts down, even with everything at work going to hell. Jack and Mason want him to take a vacation when the case ends, but Gray knows he sucks at down time unless it’s spent in bed.

With his case weighing on him and his partners trying their best to help, Gray is going to have to figure out how a high-handed man like himself can let go.

Interview:

1. Will this be the last book in the Fitting In series?

No. I had thought it would be, but the guys made it clear they need one more. You’ll see why after reading Going Deep.

2. How do you keep track of where all the body parts are with three guys? That's a lot of balls to juggle.

LOL! It makes for some hilarious editing moments. I have to think a lot more carefully about how they’re positioned. I do occasionally have to search for “adult videos” to help me with visuals. It’s a difficult job J

3. Which character gave you the most trouble?

Definitely Gray. He’s not good expressing himself in words to Jack and Mason and he’s the same way with me.

4. Is there a character in this series or any other that just never seems to shut up?

Tristan from Wild R Farm. He is the most chatty character I’ve dealt with. He loves to jump in and try to have a say on other character’s stories.

5. When and where do you do most of your writing?

It’s impossible to keep a consistent schedule each day like I’d prefer because I homeschool my kids and they have lots of activities and classes throughout the day. I try to get 1000 words written or edited before breakfast and then fit in as much as I can during the day. Most of my writing is done at the dining room table or in a coffee shop.

6. Do you like to read in the romance genre, or do you prefer another?

Most of what I read is romance. I do read some mysteries, thrillers, and urban fantasy but much of it has romantic elements. I also read a lot of middle grade and YA fiction with my kids.

7. What's next?

In a few weeks I’ll have Thorne and Dash Book 2: Personal Entanglement to my editor. It will be out on April 30. I’ll also be re-releasing Paws on Me (Law and Supernatural Order 2) in late March.

REVIEW:
I am a fan of this series because the author is so good and showing the strength in submitting. This time she shows us the strength in knowing how to Dominate. This book is told from Gray's POV, so we get to see the struggle he goes through to be everything everyone else needs. We get to see his insecurities, and doubt and then we get to see the strength he gets from having two men that submit to him unconditionally.

It's great to read and see the growth between these characters. To see how far they have come both in and out of the bedroom. There is a great mix of everyday life with some of the best menage, D/s sex I have read. Ms. Violet blends the eroticism with the emotional so very well.

If you like your men strong and your sex sweaty pick up the entire Fitting In series!

Fitting In by @Silvia_Violet @audible_com #REVIEW #AUDIOBOOK #CONTEST #ULTIMATEINDULGENCE

Fitting In, Silvia Violet
Fitting In #1
Two cops walk into a bar. Mason, the bartender, waits for the punch line, because no way in hell are these ridiculously hot men real cops. They’re straight out of a cop-fetish fantasy. But he quickly learns that Jack and Gray are the real deal, and they want him in the worst way.

What starts as a night of hot, three-way sex becomes a lot more. The two cops fulfill Mason’s submissive fantasies, but they also meet a more basic need, comfort. They want to take care of Mason, to offer him unconditional friendship, but their concern for him unnerves Mason more than even the kinkiest sex.

To find happiness with his new partners, Mason must change his belief that love is as much a fantasy as a pair of gorgeous, handcuff-wielding cops landing in his bed.

Audiobook Length: 4 hours, 22 minutes

Categories: Contemporary, Light BDSM, M/M Romance, Ménage, M/M Romance

Listen to an excerpt from the audiobook here.

Excerpt:Two cops walked into a bar. Mason, the bartender, waited for the punch line, because no way in hell were these ridiculously hot men real cops. They were one hundred percent fantasy material. He hoped to hell they were strippers, and they’d be willing to do a private performance for him.
Their dark blue uniforms were snug, hugging their bodies in all the right places. The taller of the two men was big enough to bench-press Mason. His shirt looked like it might burst at the seams, and Mason hoped it would. Dark, wavy hair fell over his forehead and softened the hard lines of his face. His eyes were dark without being warm, just right for a cop.
His partner was shorter, about Mason’s own five foot eleven or so. He had buzz-cut dirty blond hair and blue eyes. He looked younger than his partner, like he hadn’t been out of the academy for long, but he was just as ridiculously hot as the bigger man. His looks were the all-American-boy type. He’d probably played baseball in school and won the heart of every girl he smiled at. He was a perfect counter to his partner’s rough, domineering appeal. They could play a scintillating game of good cop, bad cop, and Mason would love for them to play it with him.
If Mason were in a porno, the cops would cuff him and drag him to a back room where they would proceed to plow his ass until he couldn’t stand up. Sadly, this was real life. They were probably relentlessly straight and only here for a beer.
They headed toward the end of the bar by the register where there weren’t any customers during the midafternoon lull.
“What can I get for you, officers?” Mason asked.
The big one smiled. “Anything cold.”
The shorter man punched his partner’s arm. “Nothing. Thank you. We’re here on official business.”
The big man rolled his eyes. “Can’t I at least get a soda?”
“Fine. Two Cokes please.”
Mason was glad to have the simple task of scooping ice and pouring fountain drinks to distract himself for a few minutes. What official business would they have here? While the occasional fistfight broke out, most typically during the NCAA basketball tournament, Nathan’s Public House was hardly a hotbed of crime.
He picked up the drinks and faced them again, willing his hands to stop shaking. It wasn’t like he hadn’t served plenty of attractive men in the past. What was it about these two that had him so stirred up?
He set the drinks on the bar in front of them and watched as they both took a sip. His cheeks heated when he realized he was staring, openmouthed, at the flex of muscles in the bigger man’s throat as he swallowed.
Focus, Mason, focus. “So…um…what kind of business brings you here?”
The shorter man smiled and held out his hand. “I’m Officer Jack Abney, and this is my partner, Gray Sadler. We want to talk to the staff who were working last night when Gino’s was robbed in case anyone might have seen or heard something that will help with the investigation.”
Mason took Jack’s hand. His skin was softer than Mason expected, and he held Mason’s hand a few seconds longer than he needed to. “Um…I’m Mason Shields.”
“Nice to meet you, Mr. Shields,” Jack said, grinning.
REVIEW:
I have been listening to a lot of audio books lately and I have to say I am a big fan of the deep growly voice. Greg Boudreaux did a fabulous job with all three men, giving them each a distinctive voice that matched the personalities created by Ms. Violet. But I have to say that Grey was my favorite.  His deep, take control voice really made this audio version come to life for me and added yet another sensual level to the sex. Mason's vulnerabilities and insecurities come across spot on, and Jack is the glue that holds them all together.

I was a fan of the print version and now I am a bigger fan and I am so looking forward to the listening to the rest of the book in the series.
